| Dennis Deboisblanc - President Dennis received a Business Management degree from the University of New Orleans in December 2003 and went on to work as a project manager for Crane Builders. It was there he acknowledged importance of maintaining project schedules and budgets. In 2006 he founded Decro Developement LLC, a residential construction company, with the motto " on time and under budget ". In 2009 Decro Development expanded into commercial construction and he successfully completed all qualifications for both "Building Contractor" and "Electrical Statewide." As the industry continues to evolve, adding the classification "Solar Energy Equipment Specialist" allows him to offer clients an affordable in-house PV option. UNO Graduate B.S.
